We will continually market our site via strategically placed advertisements and search engine optimisation to ensure you have the maximum bookings in return for your advertisement fee.

How Do We Start?
Just go to the Registration Page and within minutes you can upload your property details and images and your advert is on the site ready for viewing by holidaymakers/travellers.
I’m not very technically minded – Will you create my advert for me?
No Problem – we can happily do this for you. All we need from you is a FULL property description together with your photos and you can leave the rest to us AND there’s NO CHARGE to you for this additional service! Please contact us for further details.
How Do I Pay?
The simplest way is to Register your property and make your payment via our secure payment area. But, if you prefer you can send a cheque мейд payable to ‘R G Rentals Ltd.’ and send it to R G Rentals Ltd, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HH. Cheques in currencies other than British pounds are subject to an administration fee of ?10.00. Once we receive your cheque we’ll send you an e-mail or if you prefer, a letter, confirming that you can now upload your property details.
Alternatively we accept bank transfers, but please note this is subject to an administration fee of ?10.00. Send us an email if you would like further details regarding bank transfers.
What is a holiday-rentals4u.com subscription?
Our subscription scheme is just like a standing order that leaves your credit card account at regular monthly intervals allowing you to spread the cost of your annual fee into easy and affordable payments.
How does it all work?
You set up your account to send payments at monthly intervals. Once you have completed all your subscriptions due, you can cancel the arrangement or continue for another year. You will be shown the total payment мейд today and the total for the next payments on our payment page. Your advertising period starts from the day you make your first payment with monthly subscriptions.
Will the regular amounts ever change?
We will always try to be competitively priced compared to other companies in the same business and your chosen period/fee will remain the same for the currency of the advert. If we do change our prices you will receive an email notification from us at least 7 days before your renewal payment is due.
Do I need to pay tax of my rental income?
Yes, you will pay tax on your rental income – we strongly recommend that you seek independent financial advice.

What does your website offer?
villarentals4u.com is an advertising website where you will find short term rentals in many holiday locations, which have been placed by holiday property owners or property managers. Your enquiries are dealt with DIRECTLY by the property owners or managers and all booking arrangements and fees will be dealt with by them and not us.
Use of the site
You can find your ideal holiday property simply by utilising our search facility and inputting your criteria. You will see the results of your search but if there are too many shown, you can further refine your search to ensure you find your ideal holiday property.
How do I know if a property is available?
All properties have an availability calendar. Simply click on the ‘View Availability’ button on the property details page and this will take you directly to the calendar where you will see full details of periods when it is booked/ available.
