Villa Elita
Villa Elita was constructed in 1930 from the same white stone as the summer residences of the aristocracy of the Republic of Dubrovnik. Recently, in 2006 and 2007, Villa Elita was totally renovated and along with Villa Sheherezade and Hotel Kazbek is one of the most luxurious accommodation objects in the south of Croatia.
The villa is located in the Bay of Lapad, directly on the sea and surrounded by trees and Mediterranean fauna, and only 4 kilometres from the Old City of Dubrovnik.
The interior of the villa gives the impression of an aristocratic European summer residence from the 17th century. On the ground floor there is an aperitif bar, diПing room and rich wine cellar. On the main floor there is a living room with fireplace, piano bar and two luxury apartments. In the upper floor three are three rooms and the second presidential apartment (the first is on the ground floor).
All rooms are equipped with to the highest standards. They have a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom, art Hi-Fi stereo system and large LCD televisions with DVD players. Every room and apartment has personally controlled air conditioПing and under floor heating in the bathroom. Villa Elita offers wireless Internet connection in every room as well as in the office space which is available for guests.
Villa Elita can only be reserved as a whole villa, it is not possible to book individual rooms or apartments.
