Aldgate Bus Station is currently closed whilst TfL undertake work to improve the Aldgate One-Way System. Buses that would normally terminate at/start from Aldgate Bus Station are using other bus stops on Aldgate High Street and Fenchurch Street.

Assistance is available to and from platforms. You can request this from the customer information point staff on the concourse, at the main entrance where the mobility set down / pick up point is located as well as the station help points by the lifts at the main entrance.
