You enter the villa via a few steps to the ground floor where you have a Kitchen, lounge, diПing area, double bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and staircase leading to the upper floor.
The ground floor consists of an independant marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. sandwich maker infact everything you could expect from this villa plus patio doors leading to terrace. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine. The comfortable lounge has sofas to seat 8 people and has LCD TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus movie channels. There is also a DVD Player.
The DiПing area consists of table and chairs for 8 people. Both Lounge and diПing area have patio doors leading to separate large terrace that have stunПing sea views and 2 sets of patio furniture. The bedroom (4) consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes which has its own patio doors leading to the terrace. The family shower room with cubicle is also on this level and has WC.
Up the stylish wrought iron bannister staircase is the upper floor. Here you will find the remaiПing 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has king size bed and en suite with a separate shower cubicle and bath. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and french doors leading to a large sun terrace with tables and chairs and beautiful view of Las Americas and the ocean. Leading from the large terrace from the lounge is a gated staircase that leads to the lower pool terrace. We regard this as being very suitable for children.
The exterior of the Villa has a 10 x 4 Private heated pool (heated between October and May) with roman steps, the pool is approx 1 metre at shallow end and 1.4 at deep end. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers for 8 guests, large BBQ, outside shower. This villa sleeps up to 8 people plus infant
