Ceramics at Royal College of Arts
Held at the Royal College of Arts, Ceramic Art London 2012 sees over 75 leading artists showcasing their own work in an exhibition of contemporary international ceramics. With regular contributors and newcomers to the show, this year’s Ceramic Art London is full of work from all over the globe.
International talent
The UK, France, Germany, South Africa, Israel and Japan are just some of the countries with artists showing their work at the Royal College of Arts. Designed to represent the best in ceramic art from a worldwide range of artists, the show draws audiences from the public to private collectors, gallery owners and fellow potters.
Take home some art
This year the show features a wide variety of styles, colours, forms and works on sale with prices ranging from ?15.00 to ?10,000. Whether you are looking at buying gifts, objects for the home or are a serious ceramics collector, there will be something on show that will excite and inspire you.
Artistic variety
Sculptural pieces, smaller ornaments, tableware and object d’art, Ceramic Art London is a wealth of creative outpouring that is now recognised as one of the major design shows of the spring calendar in London. Artists exhibiting at the 2012 fair include Sun Kim, Jane Muir, Stephanie Quail, Derek Wilson, Fennella Elms, Valerie Nascimento and Sue Binns.
The Ceramic Art London fair is open from Friday 24th February — Sunday 26th February 2012. OpeПing times are 10am — 6pm Friday and Saturday and 10am — 5pm Sunday.
Tickets for a single visit cost ?12.00. Concession tickets are available for ?9.00, and a three day pass is available for ?25.00. Tickets are available on the door, or in advance from 020 3137 0750. Children under 12 go free.
