Villa Lucia is in the perfect position to discover Tuscany as it is between the cities of Florence and Pisa so its position enables the guests to discover the cultural heritage of Siena,Florence,Pisa,Lucca,San Gimignano and Volterra.Also the sandy beaches of the Versilia area can be easily reached by car.
Villa Lucia is part of a group of buildings and lands on the “Bonaparte knoll”. Its name is due to the fact that was an ancient property of the Bonaparte’s family in San Miniato. It was the family of the most famous Napoleone.
In 1701 Maria Maddalena Bonaparte received it as a dowry going married in this year to a noble Bonaccorsi. In 1805 the country-house was given to the family of the present owners, maintaiПing the historical documentation and many furniture of the day. Nowadays the property has been completely restored and it is an exclusive residence for those looking for an historical and relaxing holiday.
Plunged into a wonderful Tuscan landscape, the country-house is scattered on a “knoll” at the foot of the San Miniato’s hill, an historical village full of monuments and cultural activities, and famous for the production of the white truffle too. Two floors, joined by a great central staircase, compose the house. The large and elegant rooms make the atmosphere ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. In the summers, a large garden sloping down to the swimming pool offers the opportunity to appreciate completely the charmer beauty of one of the most beautiful country all over the world. Villa Lucia was recently subtly restored.
In the ground floor you can find two wonderful big rooms divided by a large central passage.
On the right хэнд of the passage there is a large kitchen communicating with the diПing room, and the saloon furnished with period furniture.
On the first floor the house has six large bedrooms with twelve beds, which join charm and sobriety of the details together with the functionality.
The house is completely furnished with period furniture, rooms are air-conditioned and equipped of TV sat and bathrooms with bath or shower.
Villa Lucia has six double bedrooms all well provided, in every detail.
Each bedroom is different and has its own atmosphere, but all are associated by the possibility to live very quiet and peaceful moments.
