Villa Sirocco belongs to a complex of three luxury villas with 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 — 6 persons (7 persons with use of the sofa bed). They are conveniently located off the main road in the area of Nopigia in western Crete where the surroundings are verdant and undeveloped. The sea-side town of Kastelli, also known as Kissamos, is only 4kms away. The economy is based mainly on agriculture – with its renowned olive oil and wine — plus tourism, which is still developing. The beauty of Kastelli is that it is a Greek town that has embraced tourism but not been spoilt by it. The visitor to Kastelli can experience local life and tradition, from the everyday to the special cultural events organized during the summer season. In recent years it has also developed as a region renowned for its alternative, natural and eco tourism and as such is a magnet for walkers, bird watchers and lovers of nature generally. It is a hospitable town, well organized with all the facilities required of a self sufficient town, such as banks, post office, internet cafes, health centre, supermarkets and shops, tavernas, cafes and restaurants as well as a lovely promenade by the sea. The beautiful beaches of Falassarna and Elafonissi are a drive of about 20minutes and 1 hour respectively.
There is an organized beach of Nopigia approximately 400mts away, as well as a very cosy beach bar, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket.
Car hire is essential for this property and the villa is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Layout & Floorplan
The villa is a spacious 120sq mts sleeping up to 6 persons. This villa sits at the highest point of the olive grove and the main assets of the villa are the modern architecture, the excellent spacious layout, the sparkling pool and the romantic view of the sunset. Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter giving beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea.
Stretched across three levels, Villa Cyrena has two double bedded rooms and one twin bedded room. It is furnished tastefully with vivid colors. Excellent bed linen and best quality mattresses are used in the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balconies with outdoor furniture. All of the bathrooms are spacious and in the fully equipped kitchen you can find all the comforts of your own home.
Colorful flowerbeds and a small fountain, which follows the changing colors of the pool water at night, surround the pool. The pool lights with its changing colors and the sound of flowing water from the fountain provide special moments of relaxation.
The main entrance to the house is on the ground floor and leads into an open plan fully equipped kitchen, diПing area and living room which is elegantly decorated in soft colors and has a modern fireplace. There is also a 3 seater sofa plus 2 arm chairs, satellite TV complete with DVD, a mini Hi-fi system and a selection of books, DVDs and board games. A large balcony door leads to the pool front terrace with an outdoor diПing table for 6 and of course the private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are also provided. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with private balconies and the best view of the surrounding area and of the sunset. Also on this level is a large bathroom with a corner bath.
The lower lever of the villa accommodates one more sizeable bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also a sitting area with a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. In both rooms light and air enter through the large windows giving a very airy feel. This floor also has a utility room where guests will find a washing machine and iroПing facilities.
