The Sims
The Sims has the cheats klapaucius and rosebud. klapaucius only works with the unpatched version. They both give the current household an additional 1,000 Simoleons.
Enter cheat mode:
type: ^ Ctrl + ? Shift + C
type: klapaucius
Notes. Gives current household an additional 1,000 Simoleons. Unpatched version of The Sims only.

Notes. Gives current household an additional 1,000 Simoleons.
motherlode is a cheat introduced in The Sims 2. When used, it adds 50,000 Simoleons to the current family’s funds.

Notes. Gives current household an additional 50,000 Simoleons.
familyFunds can be used to increase or decrease a family’s household funds by a specific amount, or set them to a specific level. It can also be used from the neighborhood screen. In theory, this allows it to be used on any family in the neighborhood, including those in the family bin. but there are limitations in practice if a family/household name is not unique.
Notes: Use +/-<amount> to increase/decrease household’s funds, otherwise sets funds to <amount>.
