The villa has panoramic views of the countryside and sea and is very private and tranquil. Calahonda has its own golf club. There are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one double/twin combined. Two bedrooms have outdoor patios. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The swimming pool is situated to the side of the house and there is a bbq pit on the outside patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electric stove and there is english tv. Parking is available for one car.
