«Excellent hotel in a quiet location»
We used this hotel primarily as a place to rest our heads, and ventured out most days to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. It’s in a lovely, quiet location, but be prepared to walk if you don’t want to just stay around the pool. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to Las Americas, and 20 minutes to Los Cristianos. I recommend getting a little map (we picked one up at the airport) because it’s quite easy to lose your bearings amongst all the hotels.
The hotel is very clean, with people seemingly doing something to spruce up the hotel on a daily basis. The maids are excellent, and came every day of our week long stay.
We ate out every night, and the best restaurant we found was in Los Cristianos called La Burgadora, which served the best quality chicken we found all holiday (a lot of the places seemed to sell old/tough chicken).
The only thing that I didn’t like were the extortionate prices on some of the goods in the on-site supermarket, and having to pay for the safe, Internet, and TV. It’s the first time I’ve had to pay for a safe for a very long time.
