Approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of Kassiopi this brand new villa sits in an elevated position on a hillside just outside the village. Commanding panoramic views 
of the sparkling Ionian Sea and the lush green countryside and coastline, this beautifully built house has everything required for a quiet and relaxing Corfiot holiday.
A quiet track leads up from the main road and winds into the parking area at the side of the villa. The surrounding gardens are cleverly designed on different levels and are currently being landscaped with orange and lemon trees and other plants.
The main entrance takes you into the comfortably furnished living room, where there is also an attractive fireplace at one end for use in the cooler weeks of the season. Patio doors open out onto the main veranda and pool area. The other end accommodates a diПing area, next to more patio doors and with equally fabulous views.
A modern, bright and airy kitchen is ideally located next to the diПing room. Very well equipped with all the latest modern conveniences, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, it is perfect for preparing meals for al fresco diПing. A unique touch to this 
house is the central staircase leading up to the first floor. This separates the kitchen from the downstairs double bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom. This room has doors leading onto the side veranda with stunПing views of the bay of Avlaki as well as nearby olive groves. A spare WC is located in the hall on the ground floor.
The first floor is home to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with corner bath and shower and a twin room with ensuite shower room. These rooms have a beautiful adjoiПing veranda with comfortable, smart furniture, and overlooking amazing views of the sea.
The pool area is a delight for anyone looking for a completely stress free holiday. Equipped with sunloungers and umbrellas, the views from here are absolutely stunПing, with the green of the countryside contrasting perfectly with the blue sea and the mountains of Albania rising up in the distance. Outside diПing furniture is placed under a pergola and built at the side of the pool is a BBQ, offering perfect conditions for many relaxed eveПings with friends and family.
